Virtual Teams

Globalisation is great – some people say. Absolutely, for instance it enables working in international teams, which is even more exciting and challenging than working in a monocultural team. The more geographically distributed the team, however, the smaller the chance for a face to face contact. The vast majority of the work is done in the virtual space. How to run such a virtual team where you no longer have the possibility of direct control? How to motivate its members? Which way is the best to stay in touch? Maybe even most import ant – how to build trust and create good working atmosphere? How to enable and provide development? These are challenges for a virtual team manager – and any of the team members.

You can learn to work in a virtual, and frequently also an intercultural team. Trainings can be run face to face – or also on the virtual setting, using modern communication technologies.
